Casa Bethesda is an orphanage for children with disabilities and special needs in Piedras Negras, Mexico. Paulino Esquivel, a former Pastor, was called by God to give up his pastorate over 25 years ago and care for the disabled.

Over the last few years, the All Star Foundation has donated over $140,000 to Casa Bethesda, as well as countless volunteer hours, and continues to donate regularly for recurring expenses. With this they were able update their facilities to better care for their residents.

We will continue to support Casa Bethesda and our friend Paulino on their mission to care for those who need it. take a look at a video from Paulino himself speaking about his experience with the All Star Foundation.
